Downtown Beloit has the neighborhood feel in the urban downtown where customers are friends and culture and art is accessible to all. Home of the Beloit Farmers' Market on Saturdays May-October, the Downtown Beloit Association hosts more that 50 days of events per year.

TIF Housing Fund

This program was introduced as the Beloit community faces a housing shortage in all levels of homes. The City of Beloit is investing nearly $12 million into projects that will help meet the community’s housing needs from affordable housing to executive-level housing.
