***EFFECTIVE 1-1-2022 All utility usage updates requested will be charged a $10 processing fee.***

All requests must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to closing/move outs. An request submitted less than 5 business days prior to closing may not be processed.

The fees will be billed to you once the request has been completed. Please don't send payment with the request or combine with utility payment. Pay from the invoice only.

Invoices are generated twice a month for all requests and are due Net 30. Please pay from the invoice only.
