Housing Rehab Loan Program

Contracts for work under the City of Beloit’s Housing Rehabilitation programs are available to bid and are awarded to pre-qualified contractors. In order to pre-qualify, an application must be submitted and the necessary credentials provided (lead certifications, dwelling contractor certifications, insurance certificate, etc.). Request for Proposal for Police Chief Recruitment (Due at 4:00pm CST Tuesday, July 15, 2025)

The City of Beloit, Wisconsin, through its Police and Fire Commission, invites qualified executive search firms and consultants to submit a written proposal to conduct an executive recruitment campaign for the position of Police Chief. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, skilled administrator to apply to oversee the operations of the Beloit Police Department.
