Housing Rehab Loan Program
Contracts for work under the City of Beloit’s Housing Rehabilitation programs are available to bid and are awarded to pre-qualified contractors. In order to pre-qualify, an application must be submitted and the necessary credentials provided (lead certifications, dwelling contractor certifications, insurance certificate, etc.). City of Beloit and Greater Beloit Economic Development Corporation (GBEDC) Farm Lease BID (Due by 5pm Feb. 20, 2026)
The City of Beloit and GBEDC are accepting bids to lease farmland in the areas indicated on the attached maps. If you are interested in bidding, please submit your bid on the form below. A lease template with typical terms & conditions is available upon request. Bids must be received by 5:00 PM on February 20th, 2026.
