Dog License
On January 1 of each year you are required to license all dogs aged 5 months or over. You are required to provide proof of their current rabies vaccination which also shows the tag numbers and the expiration dates.
The cost is: $20.00 unless the dog is spayed or neutered then the cost is only $10.00
If the dog is licensed after March 31, there is a $10.00 late fee imposed unless you are a new resident of the City or if the dog is newly acquired.
Each annual dog license expires on December 31 of the year in which the license is obtained.
Non compliance may result in the issuance of a citation.
