Complaints
Although complaint forms are available online, citizens are encouraged to come to our Department weekdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to speak directly with a supervisor about their dissatisfaction and then fill out a complaint form, if necessary. Personnel complaints include any allegation of misconduct or improper job performance that, if true, would constitute a violation of department policy or of federal, state or local law, policy or rule.
