SLATS Regional Active Transportation Plan – Public Open House

The Stateline Area Transportation Study (SLATS) invites residents to attend one of two upcoming open houses for the Regional Active Transportation Plan on Thursday, November 20, 2025.

  • 8:30–10 am: NorthPointe Wellness, 5605 E Rockton Rd, Roscoe, IL

  • 5:30–7 pm Beloit City Hall, 100 State Street, Beloit, WI

These open houses will present draft recommendations for the regional active transportation network, including walking, biking, and trail connections. Community members are encouraged to drop in anytime during either session to review materials, ask questions, and share feedback on the recommendations and priority projects.

Your input will help guide the region’s vision for a safer, more connected active transportation system.
