Lift Station - $400,000

The construction of a sewer lift station at Colley and Town Hall roads allows for the future phases of the Eagles Ridge subdivision and future commercial and industrial development in the Gateway area.

This project is currently under design and is expected to go to bid in early 2024.

The construction of the project is partially funded by ARPA dollars; the remaining funds are from the TIF housing fund.
