This beautiful facility offers stunning views of prairie and oak savannah landscapes, with direct access to park trails just outside the door. The Welty Environmental Center is also located in the building (upper level).

Refundable Security Deposit: $200
Full payment is due at the time of reservation.

Important Rental Policies

Please review the full Big Hill Center Policies and Procedures before booking. Key highlights include:

• Key pickup for weekend rentals (Friday–Sunday) is Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. at 2351 Springbrook Court.
• Access is permitted only on the reserved rental date(s). Early setup or late cleanup is not allowed.
• Activation of the alarm system outside your rental time may result in loss of deposit.
• The following are not permitted:
• Helium balloons, confetti, glitter, or silly string
• Tacking, nailing, or stapling items to walls or ceilings
• Smoke or fog machines
• Cash bars or sales inside the facility
• Amplified music, DJs, or live bands (indoors or outdoors)
