Beloit Police & Fire Commission Selects Firm to Run Police Chief Recruitment

The Beloit Police and Fire Commission has selected an executive search firm to run its recruitment process for the vacant police chief position.

MGT Impact Solutions, LLC was selected to run the search after a competitive request for proposals process. MGT Impact Solutions previously has worked for the City of Beloit under the previous name GovHR.

The PFC will soon kick off the process with the firm and values resident feedback as they select the next leader of the police department. The details on the search, timeline and public participation opportunities will be shared with the community after the process formally begins.

Former Police Chief Andre Sayles resigned from the City of Beloit Police Department in June to take a deputy chief position with the Seattle Police Department.
