Take Our Sign Survey by Feb. 28, 2026

The City of Beloit is updating the rules that govern signs for businesses, churches, schools, and other sites and is seeking community input. Our survey seeks your feedback on the types and appearance of signs you’d like to see more or less of in the future.

While signs are a form of constitutionally protected speech and the City does not regulate what they say, it may regulate their type, size, materials, structure, and overall appearance. The signs shown in this survey reflect those commonly seen throughout Beloit today. The survey will be available through Feb. 28, 2026.
