2025-2029 Consolidated Plan – Public Hearings on Community Development Needs

The City of Beloit is in the process of preparing its 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan for submittal to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This is a five-year strategic plan that specifies how the City plans to address community needs through its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. This Plan will include an update to the Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Areas (NRSA) Plan. The following three public hearings will be held to give residents and other interested parties an opportunity to provide input.

Public input received will help shape CDBG funding priorities. City Council will adopt priority needs on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 7:00 PM during the City Council meeting in the Forum at City Hall, 100 State Street or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.
