2024 CDBG Funding Report Now Available for Review

The City of Beloit’s Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) is now available for review and comment.  This report outlines how the 2024 Community Development Block Grant funds were expended and describes the activities that were undertaken in the City of Beloit that met the housing, homeless and community development needs of City residents. 

How to view the CAPER February 26 to March 28, 2025:

• Lobby, First Floor of Beloit City Hall, 100 State Street, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
•  Beloit Public Library, 605 Eclipse Blvd.
• Online website at www.beloitwi.gov.

 

Public hearings on the CAPER will be held on March 17, 2025 during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting at 7:00pm, and on March 26, 2025 during the regularly schedule Community Development Authority (CDA) Meeting at 4:30pm. Both public hearings will take place in the Forum of Beloit City Hall at 100 State Street.

 

The 2024 CAPER will be submitted to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development on March 31, 2025.
