City of Beloit Shares Unofficial City Council Election Results

Jim White, Kevin Leavy, Marty Densch, and Kevin Day were elected to the Beloit City Council on Tuesday, April 7.

The unofficial results are:

• Jim White: 2,966

• Kevin D. Leavy: 2,823

• Marty Densch: 2,782

• Kevin Day: 2,393

• Tom Morgan: 2,292

Results are unofficial until certified by the Rock County clerk next week.

Citywide, 5,010 ballots were cast. There are 27,754 eligible voters, making for a 18% turnout.

The four councilors-elect will be sworn into office on Tuesday, April 21, at Beloit City Hall, 100 State St.

Incumbent Councilor Markese Terrell filed his declaration of non-candidacy in December 2025.
