Child Care Supply Action Plan

The City of Beloit has been working to create a plan to address the childcare crisis in our community. The City of Beloit received grant funding as a member of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA)’s Economic Mobility and Opportunity (EMO) Cohort. Support to the International City/County Management Association to make the work possible comes from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s Economic Mobility and Opportunity (EMO) program.
