City of Beloit to Start 2024 CDBG Process

2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)pre-application eligibility checklists are available beginning June 19, 2023. Completed pre-application eligibility checklists must be submitted to the Community Development Department, 100 State Street, Beloit, WI 53511 no later than July 10, 2023 at 4:30PM CDT. Submission of a pre-application eligibility checklist is required in order to complete a full 2024 CDBG application.

Full 2024 CDBG applications are available beginning July 18, 2023. Completed applications must be submitted to the Community Development Department, 100 State Street, Beloit, WI 53511 no later than August 15, 2023 at 4:30PM CDT.

The link for pre-application eligibility checklists and full applications can be found on the City’s website at www.beloitwi.gov under Community Development. Applicants can also go directly to https://portal.neighborlysoftware.com/BELOITWI/Participant. Interested community groups and agencies are invited to apply for funds.
