UPDATE: Due to an unforeseen circumstance, this meeting was rescheduled to for 5:30pm Thursday, July 31, at 2351 Springbrook Court.
The City of Beloit Parks and Recreation Division is inviting community members to a public input meeting to help shape the future of the playground at Hilliard Park.
Meeting Information - 5:30pm Thursday, July 31, at 2351 Springbrook Court.
Playground Replacement
At the meeting, residents can view and give feedback on playground design options aimed at teens and young adults. The concepts may include outdoor fitness equipment, ninja-style obstacles, and other challenging activities to help the city choose the preferred features for the new playground.
No changes are being made to the existing disc golf course in Hilliard Park at this time. The planned improvements are focused solely on the playground area as the city enhances recreational spaces for children and families.
Community feedback is an important part of the planning process, and we encourage all interested residents, especially families who use the park, to attend and share their input.
