Downtown Upper Floor Housing Grants: $363,010

TIF Housing funds will be used to provide grant dollars to property owners within the Business Improvement District (BID) in downtown Beloit for the creation of a grant program to develop upper floor housing units that will be made available to qualifying occupants. The City reserves the right to impose maximum income limits by household size and/or rental amount restrictions on upper floor units 5 created with TIF-Housing funds.
