Earn free rides with fare capping once you reach a certain number of fares each day, week or month with the Umo app or WisGo card. You will always get the best price possible.

Instead of purchasing passes, our new system will deduct stored value for the amount of one ride each time you ride ($1.50 for regular fare, $.75 for reduced fare or $.50 for student fare).

• Regular fare: $1.50/ride. You'll never pay more than $13.50/week or $48/month
• Reduced fare: $.75/ride. You'll never pay more than $6.75/week or $24/month (Senior 65+, disabled or veteran riders)
• Student fare: $.50/ride. You'll never pay more than $4.50/week or $16/month. (Ages 5-12)

Get a Card

You can buy or reload a WisGo card at area retailers or at Beloit Transit offices, 1225 Willowbrook Road. Retailers include Family Dollar, Walgreens and CVS.

What is Fare Capping:

Instead of purchasing weekly or monthly passes, the WisGo system deducts fare value from your account for each trip. You will never pay more than the stated amount.

I purchased my fare on the Umo app. Now what?
Paying for your ride with the Umo app uses a Quick Response (QR) code linked to your Umo account once you purchase your fare. Simply scan the QR code at the validator.

How will I know if my fare is accepted by the validator?
You will hear a happy chime and green light if your code is accepted and a buzz and a red light if your code is not accepted.
